HBA Morning Routine 5: Meditation
Guys! How the hell are you all? Sorry for not updating the course in a while, I was away on holiday. I know poor me haha!
Anyway, how’s everyone getting on? Hope you are smashing your goals and feeling good. Summers here too so that makes everything better anyway!
This next video is the most important one of the whole lot. It’s about meditation.
Meditation for me is like medicine. If my mind is racing, I meditation and it chills me and and makes everything seem easier and clear. Slow your thoughts down. We can’t stop the thoughts we have, but we can slow them down.
