HBA Morning Routine 2: Get up at the same time every morning

Hey guys!

Once you have watched the “HBA Morning Routine 1” video, it’s time to move onto the next step. It’s very, very simple, all I want you to do is set your alarm for the same time every morning. Routine like this is scientifically proven to improve overall happiness, but hardly any of us do this!

Have a look at the video and let’s put it into action. Remember, this is a lifestyle choice. A little bit a day, don’t overload the system. We are aiming to improve by 1% everyday.

Put this into action and let me know how you feel after a day or two, you’ll be wrecked after the first day but believe me it gets A LOT better!
