HBA Morning Routine 1: Write a task list
Hey Guys!
Here is the first in a series of videos about morning routines. For me, your morning routine is the most important part of the day. If you have a great morning routine and take time to prepare yourself for the day ahead you are laughing.
But, it can be hard. Especially if you are working long hours and you have a lot to do. I’m gonna show you guys how to make a 30-minute morning routine that will change your mindset and help you have a clear, positive attitude going into the day ahead.
The first thing you gotta do is prepare yourself the night before by writing a task list. I’ll explain this in the video.
Everything I’m gonna show you in these videos over the next week or so are all very small simple steps that will help change your life. They might not sound like they will, but you gotta put it into practice.
When I first developed my own morning routine, I instantly felt better. Just my general mood. But after a while, I became more productive, more confident, and most importantly, I was a lot happier!
